We have established POET on all our productions lines and are now busy working on the solutions the data is presenting, POET has helped us cut down on paperwork and is giving us the time to continually improve our productivity.

POET has been a great tool that has enabled us to review our performance with more frequency through our two hourly SIC meetings. We can now see efficiency/waste and the cost of waste at a glance which enables us to react much faster than before. We now hold Daily Operational Reviews based on Poet inputs which graphically presents us with a visual on how we are performing by line/plant over any selected period.

Our focus was on helping Safran achieve their objectives, improving real-time productivity data was a key area of focus and looking at the data measuring process to identify opportunities for improvement.

By introducing POET, the Safran team had access to real-time accurate performance data, and were able to gain insights into the efficiency of the trim process and the analytics to work on the outcomes.
