Our focus was on helping Safran achieve their objectives, improving real-time productivity data was a key area of focus and looking at the data measuring process to identify opportunities for improvement.

POET has been a great tool that has enabled us to review our performance with more frequency through our two hourly SIC meetings. We can now see efficiency/waste and the cost of waste at a glance which enables us to react much faster than before. We now hold Daily Operational Reviews based on Poet inputs which graphically presents us with a visual on how we are performing by line/plant over any selected period.

We needed a production solution to replace our old legacy system and take us into the digital age, we’re more than happy with POET and we use it at all levels of the business to drive productivity
