POET has been a great tool that has enabled us to review our performance with more frequency through our two hourly SIC meetings. We can now see efficiency/waste and the cost of waste at a glance which enables us to react much faster than before. We now hold Daily Operational Reviews based on Poet inputs which graphically presents us with a visual on how we are performing by line/plant over any selected period.

Our focus was on helping Safran achieve their objectives, improving real-time productivity data was a key area of focus and looking at the data measuring process to identify opportunities for improvement.

By introducing POET, the Safran team had access to real-time accurate performance data, and were able to gain insights into the efficiency of the trim process and the analytics to work on the outcomes.

The POET team took a holistic approach that considered various factors, such as engagement, ease of implementation and software solutions. This approach was designed to create the biggest and most sustainable impact on the trim operation.
